Then, this app may be for you.Simply set your interval and press "Start".
You will get a beep, and smartwatch notification, every interval.Caution: leave the display on else Androids "battery saver" algorithm could make the app unreliable.
Switch to other apps as needed but return to RR (because the app, when in the foreground, blocks the display from turning off).
